Waddell Williams, & Associates is not a passive holder of assets, therefore, we continuously look for ways to apply our operating skills through leasing, repositioning, redevelopment and, when the market is attractive, new development. We are also very mindful of the importance of exit strategy toward achieving our overall investment goals. We regularly assess the dynamics of the capital markets and the real estate markets relative to the positioning of each property.
