Director,

Stephen is a Director in the Private Equity Group with the responsibility of annualizing and presenting financial pro-formas to potential investors and investor groups. Stephen's experience includes being a Financial Advisor with UBS Financial Services where he designed detailed financial plans for business and individuals, researched financial markets and monitored financial effectiveness of various investment portfolios. Stephen also has experiences serving as project coordinator with NCR where he was a leader on the audit team responsible for Federal Taxes and Procurement.

Stephen's real estate experience includes Program Coordinator with the Minority Contractors Business Assistance Program (MCBAP) in Dayton, Ohio where he coordinated business activities with local, state and federal agencies. During his tenure he worked with the MCBAP budget and coordinated programs related to the goals and objectives of the program. Stephen has worked with the Wright-Dunbar project to revitalize urban areas of West Dayton. This included the demolition of abandon commercial buildings and homes, as well as the reconstruction, remodeling and repair of historic and new commercial buildings and homes.

Aside from his real estate knowledge Stephen has a wealth of experience serving in a variety of positions throughout his career including staff auditor, tax consultant, tax accountant, financial services manager and certified financial planner. Stephen is a graduate of Wright State University where he received his B.S. in Accounting and Finance, he is a Certified Public Accountant and he holds a NASD Series 7 Securities License.
