Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Williams is a partner and Chief Financial Officer responsible for all facets of the firm's financial operations, including accounting and controllership; internal and external financial reporting; contract negotiation and review; budgeting; financial analysis; internal audit; risk management; and fiscal and operational policy development.

Mr. Williams is currently the Vice President, Franchise Relations for McDonald's Corporation. As a 32-year employee, he has substantial experience in handling franchise and real estate agreements for franchisees of McDonald's Corporation. Mr. Williams has significant expertise in accounting, auditing, business planning, forecasting and financing. He has held positions responsible for securing, purchasing, financing and structuring franchise agreements for franchisees to open, operate, build and manage restaurant profitability. Mr. Williams has numerous years of experience in real estate site selection and development, construction, appraisal and financing.

Mr. Williams is a certified public accountant.
