Eric Waddell is Co-Founder & Managing Partner - Mr. Waddell has been involved in all phases of the firm's development since its inception in 2004. Mr. Waddell approves all capital investments and commitments by the firm. He serves as the chairman of WWA's Executive Investment Committee. A retired 27-year Manager of United Parcel Service, Inc. (UPS), Mr. Waddell held several management positions in a variety of departments and functions including operations, business development, sales, marketing and finance.

Mr. Waddell is responsible for the growth of Waddell, Williams & Associates including overseeing initiatives that have lead to over $850 million in real estate projects. Mr. Waddell has spearheaded initiatives that have lead WWA in the acquisition of a commercial and residential construction company, the establishment of a full service asset management company and a property management company with the capabilities to perform property management, maintenance, repair, rental, lease and sales.

Mr. Waddell has been an active member or board member in a number of civic and non-profit organizations including the Waddell, Williams & Associates Foundation, Detroit Economic Council, Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce, Farmington Hills Chamber of Commerce, the Michigan Chapter of the Ohio State Buckeye Alumni Association, Metropolitan Detroit YMCA and Ronald McDonald House Charities.
