Fund Description Established in 2005, Paradise Investment Fund II (“PIF II”) was created to capitalize on the income generated from the development of a 180 coach home community within the Grey Oaks planned community located in Naples, Florida.

PIF II is a joint venture between Waddell, Williams & Associates and Landmark Development Group. The two groups and one outside investor are joining together to form LDG South II, LLC the parent company for the Grey Oaks project.
